Fishing Hut

Fishing Hut is located on the edge of the Wilderness reserve, close to Adam’s Peak, Sri Lanka’s legendary mountain. Enjoy an outdoor holiday on the bank of a gently flowing mountains stream once famous for trout fishing. The stream originates in the Peak Wilderness and is a main tributary to the Maskeliya Oya, which was dammed to form the Moussakelle Reservoir.

Built by Tea Planters of a by-gone era, these two Log Cabins offer a truly unique experience for those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Accommodation and Facilities:

· 2 Independent Log Cabins

· 2 rooms with Bathrooms and 2 Beds per Room

· Each Cabin is equipped with a tabletop Gas Cooker, Hurricane Lamps and Petromax Lamps

· Pipe borne water

· Accommodation up to 6 person per Cabin
